A beautiful, mystery girl, ALEXIS, asks Ryan for help in training. He's flattered and agrees. Kaitlin, J.B., and Jeb are suspicious of her, though. She invites Ryan on a date and lures him underground where he gets trapped in a secret room. Ryan transforms, but his escape attempts only send him straight to the Dark Fortress where, for the first time, Ryan faces Oraclon who has grown limbs. They fight. Meanwhile, J.B. and Kaitlin build a infrared scanner. When they scan Alexis at the UVD office, they realize she's not even human. She won't tell where Ryan is and a fight ensues. Alexis transforms into her mutant self and fights harder. J.B. and Kaitlin can't transform because there are people there. In the Virtual world, Ryan defeats Oraclon. When he does, the Mutant/Alexis dissolves. At the UVD office, they are worried about Ryan till he suddenly arrives. He's sad that Alexis was a fake and that he sided with her over his friends. In the end he learns it's okay to follow your heart, but be careful it's not down a blind alley.
