Jacobson and Laurie, a scientist and his daughter, try to place an ad with the Underground to meet with the Troopers. The scientist explains to Kaitlin that he has accidentally created a program that will destroy the Troopers' powers. Kaitlin agrees to arrange a meeting with the Troopers. Meanwhile, Grimlord orders his minions to steal the disk and any research related to the disk from the scientist's old lab. The Troopers and Tyler meet with Jacobson and his daughter but the meeting is ambushed by Doom Master and skugs. In the fight, Laurie runs away. The Troopers search for her; simultaneously, Ryan and Doom Master discover Laurie in the old lab. Doom Master traps Ryan in a steel cage and kidnaps Laurie. V.R. Ryan breaks free of the cage, and with V.R. Kaitlin and V.R. J.B.'s help, fights Grimstars and the TRANGRESSOR MUTANT. At a meeting to exchange the girl for the disk, Tyler tricks Doom Master and destroys the disk. Later, Tyler and Ryan say goodbye as his father joins forces with Jacobson, preparing to leave with the scientist and his daughter to work on a disk that may destroy Grimlord's world.
