Actually named Space Valkryia 2, It was constructed during the Second Valkryian Era by Valkryia in the End. The Original City was destroyed by the early members of The Tyranny.

In 365 The Tyranny used an illegally-spawned End portal to travel to Space Valkyria 2 and grief it during their Years of Destruction. To add insult to injury, they re-griefed the original Space Valkyria on the way there. The Supply stash at Space Valkyria 2 was also griefed by The Tyranny and successor for the city was impossible to create such as what was done after the grief of Space Valkyria.
