Due to the rapidly-failing Paper Army, Kiegon wanted to revive it by pasta-izing it into the Mickle Mafia.

Jake said it was dumb and threw a piece of spaghetti at him, thus starting the war.
Jake, full of pride, underestimates Kiegon and is tossed to the ground. After getting up, Jake is able to toss Kiegon to ground twice. The 2nd time, Kiegon remains on the ground, then Jake turns his back on him. Kiegon leaps up and tackles Jake and as they wrestle, Kiegon gives up and Jake wins the War.

An unsaid treaty went into action that stated the Mickle Mafia would never arise. Kiegon was captured and kept as a prisoner by the Communist Gang, losing all civil liberties.
