1 ene 1895 año - Creating a strong yet balanced government
Descripción:
The Constitution consists of three parts with each of their own purposes. The first part is the Preamble which describes the purpose of the document and the government it will establish. Next are the articles that establish the structure and organization of the government. Last, the amendments, which are used to alter the Constitution.
The framers of the Constitution are searching for a nation of their own with a stabled society and economy, though they clearly know that these goals will require a powerful and balanced central government to succeed.
The Articles Define the Powers of Government: the government is divided into three branches that build up a strong central government. It will distribute power into different branches and assure that none of the branches becomes too powerful.
