Under the New Management, miners for the NAMC are instructed to use unsafe methods to re open the lower levels. Hours are longer, breaks are shorter and the materials used to reinforce the shafts was subpar. Miners are worried that the pace combined with the poor supplies will lead to another tragedy. Management doesnt seem to care.
