Descripción:

The first compromise represents when King George III repealed the widely hated Stamp act, but instated the Declaratory Act. The Declaratory Act states that the Parliament can create laws binding the colonist in whatever the case may be. The pass of this act allows them to move forwards with the further rules to be established.
