Sensing the need to defend humanity for whatever threats may await them in the dark, the ISA constructed the "Sol Starbase" as a way to build, arm, and protect starships produced by the UNE. In close orbit to Sol, just beyond the Satellite Swarm, this station had access to tremendous amounts of solar power, and used them to great effect in the production of new and more powerful ships using materials gathered by the system's various asteroid-mining operations.Añadido al timeline:
