1) Additional enclosure wall added
2) Water tank created inside the premise of building
3) Gopurams decorated with sculptures based on Hindu Mythology, with multiple colours
4) No. of Gopurams started to increase
5) Huge corridors connecting diff. parts of temple were called Parakrmas.
