9 nov 1938 año - Public Works develops plans for Native Affairs
Descripción:
The Public Works Department had developed around 12 designs for housing under the purview of Native Affairs. Among these, three designs were commonly employed for residences featuring two, three, or four rooms. Each design incorporated a living area and a bathroom, often integrated with a washroom. The intention behind these designs was to minimize construction expenses while maintaining affordability. The typical loans associated with these designs ranged from approximately £250 to £300.
