Due to the horrible Second Hawan River Flood, the streets of Hawa were flooded up to 3 feet which damaged most of the roads and hundreds of people in the city drowned. The approaching Dapranian Haddakuists quickly took the recovering city 3 days after the flood. The fall of Hawa is what turned the tide of the Dapran-Hawa Conflict.
