Landmark case that formed the basis of Judicial Review. Judicial Review is the ability to review the Constitutionality of laws. They were argung because at the end of President Adams Preidency he appionted people to do things and his secretary didnt have the commisiions done when President Jefferson got into office and Jefferson ordered them not to be completed.
