Developed and launched by NASA the Perseverance Rover has the goal of searching for Ancient Life, Preparing for Human Missions, Characterising Climate and Geology. It has resulted in advancements in exploration robots through advancements autonomous navigation, sampling technology, controlled flight and instrumentation, expanding our knowledge of Mars and laying the foundation for future technological developments in space exploration.
