The civil rights act was published on the United States of America in 1964. It essentially criminalizes any act of segregation or discrimination off all sorts. Race, Religion, Colour Etcetera. It was enacted by the US Congress and passed by Lyndon Johnson. This would be successful in the prevention of racism or discrimination and continues to resonate within America in modern society
