Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are putting their cards on the table in their ongoing, acrimonious divorce.
The embattled stars have submitted their respective exhibit and witness lists, which include a slew of photographs, recordings, medical records and witness testimonies they each plan to present in court.
According to court documents submitted by Heard’s legal team and obtained by PEOPLE, the actress plans to put her estranged husband on the stand if the case goes to trial, and hopes to use medical records to prove she’s sought treatment for alleged domestic violence incidents in the past.
Her exhibit list also includes a 2014 photo supposedly showing Heard holding pills, allegedly in connection to medicine she received in relation to domestic violence.
The court documents also reference alleged video and audio recordings of Depp interacting with Heard at their home.
As for witnesses, Heard plans to have her friend Raquel Pennington, Pennington’s fiancé Joshua Drew, and friend Elizabeth Marz to testify on her behalf. According to Heard’s initial court filing, all three were supposedly in Depp and Heard’s apartment building on May 21, the night the police were called about an alleged attack.
Heard is also calling her friend iO Tillett Wright to testify. Wright was on the phone with Heard during the alleged incident on May 21.
The actress plans to call a total of seven witnesses, while according to legal docs filed by Depp’s team and obtained by PEOPLE, Depp is submitting a list of 23 witnesses. Depp’s list of witnesses include his ex-wife, Vanessa Paradis, as well as both responding officers who came to his apartment on May 21.
LAPD officials have previously said that police investigated Heard’s domestic abuse claim against Depp on May 21, but found no proof that a crime had occurred.
In court documents responding to Heard’s initial request for a restraining order, Depp’s attorney, Laura Wasser, alleged that Heard “is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse.”
In their witness list, Depp’s team also reportedly lists five concierges from the apartment building who allegedly saw Heard in the week following the alleged incident. Two security guards who were in the apartment that night will also testify that Depp never harmed his wife, according to TMZ.
Heard’s publicist Jodi Gottlieb, who was allegedly present during conversations between Heard and her lawyers, is also on Depp’s list. As is Heard’s housekeeper, Hilda Vargas, who will testify about an unnamed discovery in the home.
Heard and her friend Pennington are also on the list.
As for Depp’s exhibits, the actor’s legal team plans to present Heard’s 2009 domestic violence arrest report, involving her ex-girlfriend Tasya van Ree, from the State of Washington, as well as documents from the Australian dog-smuggling incident, which Depp’s team reportedly believes will prove Heard lied about not knowing importing pets was illegal.
Text messages between Heard and various friends, including Marz and Pennington, are also on the list of exhibits. As is Heard and Depp’s bed, which the docs says, “For privacy reasons, this exhibit is being served on petitioners [Amber and team] and will be supplied to the court at the time of hearing.”
