The only day in this week without ECB CCTV is Monday 23 May - a date when Josh Drew amongst others place Elon Musk visiting Amber Heard. There are photographs of them in the elevator with the date removed which therefore were not entered into evidence in London or Virginia. Was Amber Heard’s late night ‘phonecall’ therefore a euphemism or perhaps a ‘booty call’?
