Charlotte, after being locked outside of the pizzeria, is approached and poisoned by an extremely intoxicated and psychotic William Afton. Security Puppet, a safety measure created by Henry to protect children, follows Charlotte outside after her security bracelet is activated. The rain destroys the puppet, and Charlotte, and angry and vengeful soul, takes the body of the animatronic and begins a chain of haunting that will last for 50 years.
