Amber Heard presented NO evidence.
This Incident although mentioned during the London Trial and indeed taken into Confidential Annexe, was not pleaded. The Judge therefore offered both sides the opportunity to submit further submissions during which NGN withdrew Amber Heard’s version of events as they no longer wished to rely upon it hence this ‘incident’ not considered in the London Judgement of 2 November 2020.
During the Court of Appeal Application it was pointed out that the withdrawal of Amber Heard’s claims by NGN should raise the question that if Amber Heard lied about this incident she could therefore lie about other incidents.
Johnny Depp testified that for no apparent reason Amber Heard became enraged, grabbed a mineral spirits can and threw it at him hitting the bridge of his nose. Amber then stormed off and Johnny drove to the office on the John Deere tractor. Tara Roberts found him there and witnessed Amber Heard arriving and pleading with Johnny to go back to the house. Johnny tried to drive away but when he started the vehicle Amber stood in front blocking his way whilst screaming insults and calling him names.
At some point Amber removed the keys from the vehicle and refused to return them and her insults progressed to hitting, clawing and scratching Johnny who simply stood still whilst asking her to go away and leave him alone.
At this time Amber Heard claimed to recovering from two blacks eyes, a busted lip and open sores on her scalp from hair being pulled out. She claims Johnny then pushed her around and assaulted her whilst on The Island. The evidence did not support her claims which were dismissed.
