(Law No. 31.32, 02.05.1946: Automatic Weapons Ban)

All types and forms of automatic weaponry are prohibited to be in the possession/ownership of any citizen of the Republic of Oipienta or foreign national present in Oipienta. Those exempt from the law include:
Military Personnel
Law enforcement on duty
- All automatic weaponry must be kept within storage containers inside Law Enforcement Buildings
Elected officials
Only one handgun per official
All automatic weaponry must be kept in a locked container within political offices
