1 ene 1920 año - Prohibition and Police Corruption
Descripción:
Until Prohibition was repealed in 1933, many parts of the country were full of crime, much of it being the trade of bootlegged liquor. The Wickersham Commission was then created, and it said that Prohibition was unenforceable and carried great potential for police corruption. Prohibition eventually ended, and the crime associated with it eased up.
