AMBER HEARD -DISMISSED CLAIMS Amber Heard initially termed this weekend a 3 day hostage situation - although once proven that people had visited the house, she had her devices and to make calls, texts or email and had indeed spoken to her sister and others in this time, could have called a taxi or shouted for assistance from 24 hour on site security this was dismissed as exaggeration in the UK Judgement.
Amber Heard claimed that Johnny Depp was in a rage, had been taking drugs including 10 ecstasy tabs and drinking. He grabbed her, ripped off her night dress, threw her onto a ping pong table which broke beneath them, he dragged her across broken glass, held her down on a marble counter covered in broken glass, destroyed a wall mounted phone which severed his finger, pushed her against the fridge unit and raped her with a bottle which may or may not have been broken. She does admit throwing one vodka bottle.
Amber Heard further claims that Johnny Depp than smeared meat and potatoes around the house and a bird appeared from somewhere. She took photographs of a lampshade and the mirrors - almost certainly adding the ‘Call Carly Simon She did it better babe’ in red lipstick- and possibly went for a swim as the bikini hanging on the rail reflected in the mirrors moved position between shots.
Photographs also show a damaged TV and Jerry Judge is on tape saying Johnny Depp would have been watching the TV so the projectile was probably aimed at him.
Amber Heard claimed her feet and arms were cut by the glass although she did not seek medical treatment for those injuries or an internal examination following the claimed bottle rape. In the UK Amber Heard offered a photograph of marks on her forearm taken in 2019. In US VA Amber Heard provided evidence from Tribeca April 2015 and also her promotional tour for Mad Max XXL in July 2015 showing marks on her arm.
There is no evidence those injuries or marks originated in Australia at the beginning of March 2015. The scratches in at Tribeca in April 2015 look red, fresh and much more recent - perhaps as a result of the fracas she had with her sister Whitney whilst at Tribeca as reported to Jennifer Howell. There is also the possibility that her dogs could be the culprits - Amber Heard had a habit of carrying them balanced on one arm whilst wearing short sleeves and even small dogs have claws.
A video of Amber Heard in a ballet class was posted on Instagram by her assistant Savannah McMillan on 5 April 2015. The footage could have been filmed earlier in February 2015 when Amber Heard was known to be in London taking classes or it could be that Amber returned to the dance school to capture this video whilst in London in April - in which case it is obvious there were no injuries.
Regardless, her claims were dismissed by the US VA jury.
