Amber Heard did not appear to be the centre of attention and she did not steal the media headlines - Johnny Depp was maybe the first male to do so after such an event.


An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny Depp states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him, was pushed, pulled, shoved or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by specifically taken photographs or captured on film at media events revealing Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within Court documents.
