1 ene 1896 año - 14th Amendment, 1896
Descripción:
This amendment was passed because of the Dred Scott ruling. It stated that "all people born in the United States are citizens, which included heritage, race or religion, but excluded gender. It is also that all citizens have the right to equal protection of the law. Citizenship is getting more inclusive. Doesn't guarantee you could vote if you're a citizen.
