Descripción:
Around 1054, the Christian Church split into West and East halves, with the Eastern half becoming the Orthodox Church, and the Western becoming the Catholic Church.
The Catholic Church was Latin-speaking, encompassed Rome, and covered most of modern-day Europe.
However, the Orthodox Church was Greek-speaking, encompassed most of the remaining powerful cities, like Constantinople, Jerusalem, and Alexandria, and covered the Eastern-most parts of Europe and some of Asia.
