31 dic 1766 año - The Townshend Act
Descripción:
It was an act from the British Parliament that instituted an import tax on a range of items including glass, lead, paint, paper, and tea. It increased the tensions between the colonists and the British because it taxed a large amount of different products from Britain. This angered the colonists so much that they called for a boycott on any British made product.
