The 13th National Convention of State was renamed to the National Convention of the Party and was only attended by the Fascist Party members. At the convention, the discussion over whether or not to ban the increasingly useless and weak Monarchist Party. Tasak, who led the meeting, had presented his beliefs and how it did not correlate at all with monarchism. A draft for the Monarchist Expulsion Act was written up during the convention. The discussion of how the war was going for Oipienta was hotly debated between the softer fascists and the stronger ones like Tasak. During when the 13th National Convention of the Party was being held, Oipienta had been trying to solidify their occupation of the Seravot region.
