Rhea, once-King Numitor's daughter gives birth to the triplets Romulus, Remus & Romana. Whilst no one knows who the father is, Muggleborn Romans stated that it was the God of War 'Mars', whilst Wixen Romans of the later periods told tale that it was the Wizard Numerius who wooed Rhea as it was written that she was transfixed by his gentle manner and his ability to harm those who spoke ill of her.
