8 mayo 2014 año - Employers don't have to cover birth control

Descripción:

In Burwell v. Hobby Lobby, the Supreme Court ruled that for-profit companies don’t have to cover birth control in their health insurance plans if they cite religious objections.

This overturned the birth control mandate in the Affordable Care Act and put many women at risk of not being able to afford birth control coverage.
