Descripción:
This approach was simple: Tally defects; analyze and trace them to the source; make corrections; keep a record of what happens afterwards.Quality management is rooted in constant innovation, use of statistical methods, and a commitment to training in the fundamentals of quality assurance. TQM is an overgrowth of this idea. It is a process that makes quality principles part of the organization's objectives, and applies them to all aspects of the company.
It includes 3 guiding principles: plan, control, improve. This emphasis to quality is now reflected upon in our continuous improvement, which constantly seeks for new ways to improve performance.
