18 nov 1903 año - The Hay–Bunau-Varilla Treaty Signed

Descripción:

This treaty was signed by the United States and Panama. This established where the Panama Canal would be built and then built short afterwards. This is very important because this made shipping goods a lot easier because instead of going around South America, the Canal could be used instead. This is also still used today.
