Descripción:
The Woman's Suffrage Movement was the movement for equal rights for women. Women wanted the right to vote and the right to equal opportunities on a professional level. This movement pushed the United States closer to embodying the ideals of freedom and equality that many claimed represented the United States. The movement allowed people other than the white man to enjoy the rights that were God-given under the Declaration of Independence and supported by the constitution. Undoubtedly, the movement cultivated a better, more equal America.
