City Spawn (Created by Creepashadowz) which placed 2nd in Spawncomp replaces Minty Spawn

Due to the increasing lag and lack of space on the FFA airship, this was the first spawn to unify direct access to FFA and FFA+ signs.

The FFA Airship and FFA+ Temple are permanently retired.
