On December 23rd 2017, staff member HC12345 announced the start of Ninja Warrior 8 event which began on January 6th 2018.

Other notes: There is no record of a Ninja Warrior 7 ever taking place, there is however the record of a Ninja warrior training map created prior to this event which may explain why version 7 never took place.
