Sam and Kayla attend the spring disco together. Kayla’s got thick skin and links arms with Sam all night. Anna doesn’t notice him but everyone else does. Damien takes Sam aside and makes a few slurs about Kayla. Sam pushes him but nothing more, too scared. He and Kayla leave and he kisses her. She kisses him back but when he tries to grope her breast, she slaps him and runs away. He feels awful.

25th February, 2009 – Finds Kayla and gives her a wild flower as an apology. She forgives him and they’re friends again. But nothing more. Sam is in a low place now Anna and Damien are dating.
