Christmas and New Year

On Boxing Day, Benjamin admits he’s in love with someone else and he’s leaving. Devastates Riley. James and Simon don’t care much, but Joe and Alex and Sam sit on the stairs watching their parents on New Year’s Eve as Benjamin takes his bags and leaves; Riley sobbing on the floor of the entryway. Joe goes to comfort her, Alex goes back upstairs and Sam stays motionless on the stairs.
