Around this time, some of the Watchers manifested themselves from the hidden world into the organic world and came down to live among humans. They taught humans heavenly secrets in wickedness: sorcery, beautification of the flesh, martial arts, war tactics and weapons, enchantments and spells, incantations. They also married human females and intermixed with humans and their offspring became titans upon the earth. They also began genetic engineering experimentation with all organic creatures (humans, animals, creatures of the sea, crawling creatures..etc).
This plunged the world and humans into a vast darkness, because of the genetic altering, this threatened the Most High's creation: humans and therefore He devised a plan to flood and kill the wickedness upon the earth and save humans through one human family.
The Most High also had the 200 Watchers that came down to live among humans on the earth arrested and put deep under the earth to await their judgement.
