Shanann’s car is there in the garage & Shanann's not answering the door. They become concerned about Shanann’s health so Nickole tries the code for the front door but there was an internal door latch that prevented entry & Shanann’s shoes are by the door, which is normal

(The latch was there because Shanann was worried that her kids would open the door.)
