Fredrick police tip line receives a call that an 'older gentleman that looks like Chris but older' was seen on Sunday 8/12/2018 driving a white van/SUV type vehicle.

The man was asking questions with a map about a trail at Estes Park.

The witness is not followed-up with by law enforcement
