《酒经》。又名《北山酒经》，著者北宋人朱肱（字翼中），曾在杭州开办酒坊，有丰富的酿酒经验。《酒经》载有酒曲13种，除传统罨曲外，还出现了风曲和曝曲，作曲全部改用生料，且多加入各种草药，表明北宋时制曲工艺技术比魏晋南北朝时要进步得多。
