Amber Heard used the young son of her assistant Kate James as a ‘shield’ against waiting paparazzi. It is obvious in the photos (and video which THE JDC has been unable to locate) that the child is unhappy and somewhat distressed, he shows no affection or sense of security in Ms Heard’s arms. Eventually Kate James appears to the right of shot and retrieves her son.

Ms Heard is also seen driving away in her distinctive blue mustang.

Amber Heard is still wearing Native American style jewellery (typical of Johnny Depp in this period) as seen in the large turquoise ring - this is despite having told the press she is cooling things with Johnny Depp.
