Mobile phones, smartphones, data cards, laptops, handheld games consoles and cellular routers allowed users to connect to the Internet from anywhere that had a cellular network supporting that device. Users could also interact in a digital world in multiplayer games with other people because of powerful internet. Robert E. Kahn and Vint Cerf created the internet .
