Amber Heard has just been granted a temporary restraining order by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carl Moor against husband Johnny Depp to stay 100 yards away from her. The move follows an incident in downtown L.A. last weekend involving the couple in which police were called to the scene but determined at the time no crime had occurred.

The LAPD released a statement soon after the court granted Heard’s request:

“On May 21, police responded to a domestic incident radio call in the 800 block of S. Broadway. The person reporting did not insist on a report, nor was there any evidence provided by the victim that warranted a report. Officers’ investigation determined that a crime did not occur. Officers clearer the scene and left a business card. We cannot confirm that a restraining order was sought or obtained.”
