24 abr 1925 año - Poland-Finland Government Act
Descripción:
In a plea to appease the Polish and Finnish independence movements, both of whom were significant contributors to the Bolshevik Insurgencies, the Russian government grants certain autonomies, especially religious ones, to both regions.
They are also granted the status of "Autonomous Republics", which allows them to have their citizens serve under officers of the same nationality and which grants them the right to spend taxation in their region on their own budget.
