Amber Heard underwent a grueling workout and weapons training routine to reprise her role as superhero Mera in the upcoming movie Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

And on Thursday, the 35-year-old actress displayed her sculpted abs and toned arms in a throwback photo that she shared on Instagram.

'I know Kung fu,' Amber wrote in the caption of the image, in which she was seen wearing an olive green sports bra and black leggings while holding a staff over her head.
