Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizza Plex is a 3 story mall, online searches show that it can take 4-5 years to build a mall of that size. Fazbear Entertainment Inc. usually works quickly with building new establishments, it's plausible they started building the new place right away. A whiteboard in FNAF:SB titled "Daycare Party Rooms" states the game takes place in March.

Traversing down to the very bottom of the Pizza Plex reveals an elevator that takes Gregory to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place. There he encounters a newly revived Burntrap, who infects Glamrock Freddy. Gregory uses the same installed burners Henry Emily had used years ago to burn down the Pizza Place, with Burntrap being pulled back by The Blob, the both presumebly dying. Vanny is left unaccounted for, and it is implied Elizabeth's soul is still active.
