The Oipientian Fascist Party (OFP) was created by disgruntled veterans and workers who were unhappy with the economic depression in both Lower Oipientian and Velzen regions. They did not agree with Alvak's economic policies of continuing the war economy despite promising to shift it and they were unhappy with the lack of aid from the Oipientian government to the devastated areas of the former Lower Oipenta.

Once Focof took power, the Oipientian constituency was not at all close to being primarily fascist. It wasn't until the middle of Alno's term that Oipienta became mostly fascist. By Tasak's term, Oipienta was almost completely fascist and once his purges began, everyone was publicly fascist while they not have secretly been.
