An FBI memo requests that their files about Charlie be reviewed. A second memo dated September 22 talked of a clipping from the New York post indicating that Charlie was to be subpoenaed to testify before the Un-American Activities Committee.A third dated March 1 1947 said Charlie's name appeared in Louise Bransten's address book.
