Heard filed papers on January 12 accusing ex-husband Depp of refusing to sit down for a deposition in their nasty legal battle so she can grill him on accusations he made that she has delayed the case because she only wants her 15 minutes of fame extended.
The actress headed back to court - again - demanding the judge order the actor to be grilled by her legal team.
She asserted that Depp Johnny had failed and refused to attend a scheduled deposition twice despite repeated efforts to obtain a mutually agreeable date and time.
Heard accused him of refusing to provide any dates for his deposition and despite months of efforts and repeated breaches by Johnny, the parties have been unable to reach agreement on a stipulated form of judgement
Johnny filed papers in the case last month seeking to have her sanctioned in the amount of $100,000, accusing Amber of continuing to 'needlessly litigate a case which has been settled, all while parading in front of the media in a desperate attempt to extend her 15 minutes of fame.'
Amber believed she had a right to impeach and disprove what he accused her of in his motion for sanctions.
She claimed his failure to appear for a deposition is nothing but a stall tactic designed to delay entry of judgement.
She was also seeking to have Johnny cover her $15,566.25 in legal bills for having to continue fighting him in the legal battle
