Europorte, Getlink's rail freight subsidiary, and Saipol, a subsidiary of the Avril Group, have announced that they have signed an agreement to test the use of Oleo100, a B100 type fuel made entirely from French rapeseed, in commercial service. Under real conditions, the test will be carried out for a period of 3 months from July 6th on the rail traffic generated by Saipol for the transport of vegetable oils and renewable energies on the lines linking Nogent-sur-Seine (10) and Dunkerque (59), as well as Nogent-sur-Seine and Sotteville-lès-Rouen (76).
