Vinci (Eurovia subsidiary) (HTPG priority shipper) has committed to reducing its CO2 emissions by 40% by 2030. This is a "voluntary" objective according to Xavier Huillard, which places the group "on the curve that allows us to reach carbon neutrality in 2050", the horizon established by France in the Paris climate agreement.
